Each day we start doing something. It might be usual or brand-new stuff in our lives. In most cases we act automatically, without thinking “Why are we doing it?”. For example, brushing teeth. While doing it, if you ask myself “Why am I brushing my teeth?” What would be your answer? How long it will take to answer? Mine would sound like this “(My goal is) to have the clean teeth, fresh breath and a wonderful smile”. In another words, goals show us the destination, so let’s start our actions from setting the goals, they will bring us where we want to be.
