Therefore, if you want to do more in a short period of time than you are able to do now, then you need to learn only two things: organization and self-discipline. Decide on the goal and focus on the primary thing

You probably have noticed that there are days when you are buzzing with activity, and there are days when you do not want anything. This is normal and one should treat it with understanding and calmness. If there is no urgent work, then it is quite possible to afford a day or two of rest.

 

 Set the day mode

 

We will be much more successful if everything is done on time and at the set time. The regime of the day will allow your body to work like a clock. To do this, carefully plan your day, including meals and sleep. You will fall asleep much faster and wake up easier if it is at the same time, even on weekends. If you eat at a fixed time, it will also have a positive effect on your digestion and overall well-being. If you leave work at the same time, this will not give you an excuse not to finish the work.

Get rid of the " time eaters"

And what about shopping. Learn to order and buy things on the Internet. So you will save a lot of time, efforts, and money.

 

Only three tasks per day

 

Do you want to manage more? Eat a frog for breakfast - so say Western experts in time management. To eat a frog means to do something unpleasant, but very important in the morning. When this activity is done, the remaining tasks will seem trivial in comparison with the morning. Plan three important things, the first of which will be a "frog". After completing three important activities, do the rest of the activities as far as possible. Thus, each day will be effective, because at least three affairs are done!

 

Divide a great deal of work into small tasks
