How to get rid of all unnecessary things in the organism: beverages for detoxification

1. Water with lemon juice

 

Water, in itself, is also an excellent beverage for detoxifying the body, but if you add a little lemon juice to it, you will accelerate this process. Lemons are rich in antioxidant D-limonene, which helps the liver get rid of toxins. Also lemon contains citric acid, which neutralizes toxins of aluminum hydroxide.

 

 

2. Green juice

 

Green juice can be prepared from vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, fennel, green bell pepper, spinach, etc. Such a green beverage will be an excellent source of antioxidants, it will reload and purify the body.

 

 

3. Green tea

 

Everyone knows the properties of green tea - it is an excellent drink for detoxifying the body. Green tea contains polyphenols, which are antioxidants. 5. Apple and cinnamon

 

Cut an apple into slices, pour 500 ml of water, add 1 tsp. of cinnamon, wait till it gets cold and drink throughout the day. This combination will normalize your metabolism, purify the gastrointestinal tract.

 

 

6. Lemon juice and honey

 

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, add 200 ml of water for 2 tbsp. of lemon juice, 1 tsp. of honey, a little ground ginger. Drink it on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before eating. Such a beverage will purify the digestive tract, strengthen vessel walls, and fill you with vitality.

 

 

7. Ginger drink

 

Peel ginger root (3-4 cm), finely chop, pour 1 l. of hot water, bring it to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Strain it and wait till it gets cold. Then add a pinch of ground cinnamon, a few tbsp. of rosehip syrup. Drink 100-150 ml for 30 minutes before eating. Such a beverage normalizes digestion, tones up and strengthens the body. Ginger drink is an excellent way for detoxifying the body.

 

8. Beetroot juice

 

Squeeze through a juicer 1 beet, 2 apples, 4 stalks of celery. Drink 1 tbsp. for 2 times a day (morning and evening), 30 minutes before eating.

 

 

9. Assorted juices

 

Mix freshly squeezed juices of 1 orange, 1 lemon, 1 carrot and add 100 ml of mineral water. Drink it on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before eating. Such a cocktail of health will relieve fatigue, rejuvenate the body, since it contains many antioxidants. Drink it in the morning to stay energetic and keep your mind clear.

 

 

10. Cucumber and celery

 

Grind 1 cucumber, 1 celery root and add 300 ml of water. Drink it during the day.
