1. Water in the morning.

4. Drink during sports.
Active physical activity uses water reserves in the body. We lose them with sweat and breathing. That is why it is very important to drink pure non-carbonated water during training and do it within an hour after training.
5. Tea, juice and other liquids - they are not water.
Remember that all drinks that we drink in a day can not be considered water, which our body needs every day in the amount of approximately 2 liters. It's just about pure drinking water, which cells use for their livelihoods. Therefore, in addition to green tea, a decoction of berries and freshly squeezed juices, you need to consume about 2 liters of clean water a day.
