In the difficult period of changes, make sure to surround yourself with the things and people that will only be helpful and supportive. You can find an important support from different sources: the Internet, books, relatives, friends, blogs, meetings etc. Get rid of the things that remind you of the old life (which you want to get rid of), stop reading the books which annoy you, stop eating the food which you don’t like, stop doing things you don’t want to. Think about the future and what you want to achieve - and make a list of things that will help you to do so.
