Say NO to an Empty Plate


Think of something that can help you leave some food on your plate?

For example,

  • I want to lose weight (focus of attention on the goal)

  • I am responsible for the result to myself and those who signed my Contract with me

  • Although I want to finish my meal, I will leave some food on my plate (I can afford it!)

After that, do the task.

TASK:

Choose a plate that you like and any other dishes, cups, glasses, silverware. After that come up with the ideas of what exactly you will put on ‘inedible’ zones of the plate and write them below in the table.
