For losing weight. Pour one teaspoon of flaxseed with boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes. This brew is drunk before eating food (about half a glass).

For headache, toothache and sore throat. Flaxseeds are simply poured with boiling water, do not cook it. We drink this tincture (100-150 ml), depending on the nature of the pain.

For compresses. Flaxseed is used in the form of compresses for headache and toothache. They need to be ground and wrapped in gauze.
